Personal and Professional Path

Jamison R. Banna was born in the Flathead Valley and raised in Kalispell, MT.  He excelled as a student-athlete at Flathead High School, earning him a full-ride Track & Field Scholarship at Montana State University.  He was an NCAA Qualifier, Big Sky Conference Champion, and record holder for 28 years.  In 2011, Jamison was honored and inducted into Kalispell's Legends Stadium Wall of Fame.

Jamison has been married for 35 years and has five children.  He has a disabled daughter who is diagnosed with Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome.  He is well aware of the challenges faced by people with disabilities and their families, and is passionate about advocating for them.

Jamison received a business degree from Montana State University with an emphasis in Management, Accounting, and Information Systems. In 1998, he started his own accounting firm, focusing on accounting, tax preparation, and business formation and structure. Over the years, Jamison realized the need for a comprehensive approach to his client's personal and business financial affairs. He incorporated Comprehensive Financial Planning, Investment Management, Insurance, and Estate Planning in 2010. To focus exclusively on Financial Planning, Investment Management, Insurance, Tax Consulting, and Financial Education, Jamison sold his Tax and Accounting Firm in 2017 to Anderson ZurMuehlen (now Pinion). His three staff members and over 225 clients made the transition.

Jamison is passionate about financial education and has created a series of classes called "You Don't Know, What You Don't Know" that cover retirement, investments, financial planning, taxes, business, and risk management at the University of Montana, both online and in person, for individuals, companies, and organizations. This allows him to help educate and enlighten people about the intricacies and complexities of retirement risks, taxes, estate planning, and business financial planning. He gains great satisfaction and enjoyment, empowering people to make the best-informed decisions about their financial affairs.

Jamison's extensive knowledge in tax, investments, insurance, personal and business structure, estate planning, financial analysis, and accounting allows him to provide the plan, structure, and support his client's need to reduce their tax burden, create tax-free retirements, save for retirement, plan for the unknown, and have more security and quality of life while preparing for, or living in retirement. Previously, she spent 16 years at Wells Fargo, most recently as a Portfolio Integrity Manager, where she led firm-wide initiatives to streamline operations, implement system upgrades, and reduce risk across more than 30,000 portfolios.  Her focus on quality control, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration helped drive efficiency and consistency across Wealth Investment Management operations.

Earlier in her career, she served as a Regional Portfolio Manager and Wealth Portfolio Services Portfolio Manager, overseeing $18 billion in assets under Management and executing complex investment strategies tailored to high-net-worth clients.  She has had previous experience in asset allocation, equity optimization, fixed income, and multi-asset portfolio strategies.

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about pickleball, and you can often find me on the court in my free time.  I also volunteer in my community and am an avid enthusiast of all things Pacific Northwest.  Whether exploring the great outdoors, enjoying local events, or participating in community service, I strive to give back while embracing the natural beauty of this region.

Originally from Missoula, Halton graduated from Sentinel High School, where he competed on the school's debate team.  His involvement in debate led to a lasting commitment to public speaking education, and today he continues to coach and mentor students in competitive speech and debate programs.

Halton brings a thoughtful and disciplined approach to working with clients and enjoys helping individuals and families.  Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors—skiing in the winter, swimming in the beautiful lakes of Western Montana in the summer, and improving his tennis game year-round.

Her ability to navigate complex systems within strict procedural frameworks earned them a unique role working closely with then-Mayor Gavin Newsom as his entertainment arts liaison and personal assistant for over nine years—a collaboration that has extended into meaningful projects alongside California's current governor, focused on helping constituents save money and find housing in Montana.

Since joining Glacier Wealth Management in January 2021, she have found fulfillment in community engagement and financial education.  Partnering with Jamison R. Banna for three and a half years at the University of Montana, I have worked to help Jamison promote literacy through the Society of Financial Awareness while actively organizing events that empower and uplift.

Academically, she holds a liberal arts degree from the Banff Centre in Canada and pursued further studies in marketing and business at the University of California.  A lifelong learner and storyteller, I am currently studying through American Zoetrope, an American film production company, and recently published Snapping Back—a powerful exploration of voice and its impact.

Personal and Professional Path

Cindy Habig was born and raised in Seattle, Washington.  In 1989, she moved to Columbus, Ohio, where she married and started her family.  Cindy began her professional career as a licensed Health, Life, and Disability insurance agent, managing health and disability plans for the Ohio Dental Association before joining JPMorgan Chase (Bank One) in 1991.

Her career at JPMorgan Chase started as an Executive Assistant in the Corporate Audit Department.  She advanced to Risk Analyst, conducting audits within the Investment Management Group, including Operations, Corporate, and Personal Trust.  During this time, Cindy attended and successfully completed Cannon Trust School I.

In 1998, Cindy became Manager of the Investment Performance Reporting group, leading a team of ten analysts responsible for system maintenance, performance attribution, portfolio analysis, and client presentation materials for over 40,000 managed accounts.  Following the 1999 merger of Bank One with JPMorgan Chase, Cindy transitioned in 2002 to Senior Portfolio Analyst within the Business Development/Investment Strategies group.  She analyzed portfolios for prospective clients, constructed asset allocation and product solutions, and served on the Portfolio Construction Committee, maintaining Asset Allocation grids for JPMorgan Private Bank.

In 2007, Cindy became the Executive Director of the Global Client Onboarding Quality Control group and earned her Series 99 FINRA Operations Professional license.  She built and managed a global team of over 100 analysts responsible for quality reviews of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, ensuring compliance with the PATRIOT Act and the Bank Secrecy Act.  Cindy became a subject-matter expert in AML/KYC, supporting front-office teams and senior management during internal and OCC audits.

In 2016, Cindy assumed a true compliance role as Global Client Onboarding Controls and Procedures Executive.  She led a team of ten technical writers to create and maintain global AML/KYC policies and procedures and played a key role in managing the action plan to close a firm-wide OCC consent order related to the Bank Secrecy Act/AML.

After retiring from JPMorgan Chase in 2019, Cindy moved to Lolo, Montana, to be closer to family.  In 2020, she joined Glacier Wealth Management as an Client Service Associate, supporting Jamison R. Banna.  She managed client activities, conducted portfolio analyses for financial planning support, prepared compliance reports, managed CRM systems, trained new employees, and coordinated client meetings.

In 2021, Cindy began a two-year program to become an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP).  She left Glacier Wealth Management in December 2023 and earned her certification in May 2024.  Cindy launched her own business, Healing Energy for a Better Life, LLC, where she sees clients part-time in Missoula.

In December 2025, Cindy rejoined Glacier Wealth Management part-time to assist Jamison with the Broker Dealer transition and prepare for the company’s expansion.

Cindy has two children: her eldest lives in Austin, Texas, and her son resides in Lolo, Montana.  She enjoys hiking, crafting, and spending time with family.  Cindy loves to travel and has a passion for adventure, including roller coasters, ziplining, and skydiving.
